Here, students begin their journey with foundational lessons in arcane theory, learning about the nature of magic itself, the history of its discovery, and the principles behind the manipulation of magical forces. From there, they move on to more practical applications of their knowledge, performing spells and rituals that grow more powerful and complex with each year of study.

Despite the school’s open-minded approach to magic, there are strict rules and regulations governing its use. Students are warned not to dabble in forbidden magics or try to harness powers beyond their understanding, for arcane magic, while versatile and powerful, is often unpredictable and dangerous. The school’s many ancient and wise instructors act as both guides and gatekeepers, ensuring that their students do not inadvertently invite catastrophe upon themselves or the world.
